When can I use this service?
Anytime you need it. Our service is 24 hours searchable.

Where can I use this service?
For now, we are only operating in specific areas in the Klang Valley. Look out for the What's New section or the individual pages of ASK & Envoy for more exact information.

Can I use Yellotext service when I'm overseas?
No.

Do I need to subscribe to the service?
No subscription required. We provide SMS information on demand.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Not at all.

Do I need to register my personal information before using Yellotext service?
No. There is no need to provide any information or to sign up. You only use the service when you need it by sending to us a SMS enquiry.

Will I be charged for the SMS replies?
For ASK, only RM 0.30/sms. For Envoy, it's FREE!

Why should I use Yellotext?
Easy and convenient way to look for information. The only tool you need is just a handphone.

I do not have a 3G phone. Can I use the service?
Yes, as it is SMS based. It is applicable to all phone types and brands.

Are searches case sensitive?
No. It doesn't matter whether you use upper or lowercase letters.

Can I type short forms or use SMS language?
We do accept simple and common abbreviations.

Can I type Malay words?
Some common Malay words that are used together with English during conversations are recognized.

Can I type Chinese or Tamil words?
No. Basically, our service supports English words.

What should I do if no matching listings are found?
We try to be pretty comprehensive in the areas or location we cover but we can't always read your mind so we advise you to refine your search, check your spelling or try a matching search criterion.

How fast is the reply?
Actual result times are dependent on time of the day, period of the year, network and your mobile service providers. Other than the factors above, we aim to send back to you an instant reply.

What information can I search ?
ASK is a SMS based shopping mall directory service. You can search by shop name, product category or any relevant keywords at specific malls in Klang Valley.

How much do I need to pay for ASK
You only pay when you receive a response from your query. Each Premium SMS will cost you RM 0.30. 

How do I search for information ?
Step 1 : Type 'ASK <shop/item name> <mall name>'
Step 2 : SMS to 36869 

Is there a specific way to type the message ?
After the keyword 'Ask', our intelligent service should be able to understand your queries however you arrange the words. Nevertheless, we would recommend that you type along the lines of 'Ask <query nature> <location>' for a faster response.

Envoy is a mobile property search service. We enable you to search for properties that include residential, commercial, and industrial properties within Klang Valley.

How much should I pay for the service?
The service is FREE. You just need to pay for your local SMS rate (based on your rate plans).

How do I search for information?
Step 1: Type '<property type> <location>'

Is there a specific way to type the message?
No, our intelligent service will be able to understand your query, however way you type it. Nevertheless, we would advise you to type along the lines of '<property type> <location>' so that the system can respond much quicker.
